FGFR PANEL
MULTICOLOR PROBE KIT
Different types of FGFR alterations have been detected across various blood and solid tissue cancers. Overexpression/amplification has been noted in prostate, breast, lung, brain, head and neck, and gastric cancers. Fusions, which result in constitutive activation of the FGFR kinase domain, are more frequent in hematological malignancies, including multiple myeloma and myeloproliferative disorders. Our FGFR FISH panel contains probes for detecting disease-related FGFR amplifications, translocations, and fusions.
